I'll be the first to admit that I hate office politics, partially cause I suck at it.  I tend to be too open sometimes.  I'm fortunate enough to not get into too much trouble since...A) my superiors are very forgiving and B) I have skills that pay the bills.  Below is a good short read to improve your politcal skills at the work place.  I think my New Year's Resolution will be to improve mine cause God help me if I have to get a new job at another company!
