7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to starting out on our trip, tomorrow my plans include settling in at the beach and Sunday, I want to soak up some sun on the beach!

Today is my last day the the hell-hole office.

I will be making phone calls for the last 4.5 hours of my employment.
Those follow-up follow-ups.

No one will know what I'm talking about again, I'm sure.
And my voice will annoy me.

I finally gave Eric my number last night.
I wonder if he'll use it.

I fell asleep to Obama's speech last night. This infuriates me because I wanted to watch it pretty bad.
Damn sleep deprivation.

I, um, have to read tonight. I have to clean my room tonight. I need to be less of a slacker with my own shit.
I have to learn to say "no" to more than sex. lol.

I still don't want to go to work, despite that fact that it is my last day.

Now my paranoia will kick in.
Like: "Oh my god, does he like me? He kisses me. But I've been kissed by people who don't like me in the long run."

You know, fun shit like that. Lol.

But seriously. I feel like the fact that I like him this much already is going to jinx me somehow.
'Cause I already can't wait to see him again, even though we do not have any actual set plans to see one another again.

Anyway, he wasn't feeling good tonight. His stomach was bothering him yesterday and today. I want him to feel better. Please send good, healing juju in his direction, which is basically my direction.

So, Pennsylvania please.

I allowed myself to be swept up in a guy who was honestly just looking for the easiest lay out there.
Does that make him a bad person? No.

Do I feel like chewing him out? Yes. Yes. Yes. Because she was so much lower than I am. Because he could have hung out with me, but he chose her skanky ass.

Because I left his place to go to Eric's and we shot pool.
Because I am so MAD that he got to me like that.\

Because he has the AUDACITY to ask to see a movie with me AFTER he snuck to the dirty ass girls room to get some head... that is why.

The worst thing? I should have expected it. I did expect it... and I'm still not angry with him.
I just need to tell him off. That's all.

Obama link to former radical's group eyed

The University of Illinois, Chicago, said Friday it is releasing records of Barack Obama's service to a nonprofit organization linked to former 1960s radical William Ayers.

WASHINGTON — The University of Illinois, Chicago, said Friday it is releasing records of Barack Obama's service to a nonprofit organization linked to former 1960s radical William Ayers.

Supporters of John McCain have been trying to exploit the tie between Obama and Ayers, with a McCain fundraiser donating nearly $2.9 million for an independent ad focusing on Ayers. Ayers' Weatherman group took responsibility for bombings that included nonfatal blasts at the Pentagon and U.S. Capitol four decades ago.

The records of the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, an organization that Obama chaired and that Ayers co-founded, will be made available to the public Tuesday, the university said in a statement.

In the 1990s, Ayers was instrumental in starting the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, which was awarded nearly $50 million by a foundation to help reform Chicago schools. Ayers is a professor at the University of Illinois, Chicago. He and Obama have other ties.

What I think:

Oh, wait.
Obama volunteered to help reform Chicago schools?

<sarcasm> That's terrible. </sarcasm>

He was somewhere around 7 years old when those bombings took place. Apparently Ayers was deemed non-dangerous enough to teach at a the University of Illinois. I am not saying that bombings are good, but it was happening during the 60s and 70s. Those were, if I'm not mistaken, very confusing and tumultuous times.

Kent State shootings ringing a bell?

Nonetheless, Obama was not involved in those bombings (he was still a child!). He signed on for educational reform.

Oh, and they served overlapping terms as board members on the Woods Fund of Chicago, an anti-poverty organization.

<sarcasm> Again, that's terrible. </sarcasm>

Um, this is why I wish I could sleep in on a Saturday. Why do I feel the needs to read the newsy news so early in the morning?

For my consideration...

And I know I've considered this before, BUT...
I'm thinking about modeling for some drawing classes.

I mean, it's something like $50 for a 2 hour class.
But, it's nakedness in front of strangers (or ex-classmates, I don't know which is worse. haha.)

You see, logically, it's no big deal... it's for an art class and it's just my body naked.
And people have seen my body naked in photographs.
But... I could edit which photos they saw....
And I wasn't all naked and in the flesh right there. I was on paper.

I could use the extra cash though... and it's easy cash.
I mean, after I get over my discomfort.
And I got over my discomfort before, just not in front of so many people.

I am talking in circles.
Anyway, that's what I'm thinking about. Modeling for 4 classes would buy me an iPhone.
Or, y'know, buy me some art supplies.

PS: Does anyone know if I can be certified to teach art without being an Art Education major?
I'm thinking about doing English in Secondary Education because the school that offers that is more convenient.
But I know that teaching art would be SO MUCH MORE fulfilling.
But... logistics and money matters... I just don't know.
